Trayonna is an entrepreneur with a background in business marketing and branding. She started Marching Beauties to empower, develop and inspire young girls to see the value in themselves.
Trayonna hopes to continue to impact communities by uplifting and developing young girls to be leaders and pillars of the community.

Angel is an Administrative and Events professional with a background in higher education and nonprofit. She is determined to develop donor relationships, diversity and inclusion, MB’s social impact and women in leadership network. She hopes each beauty is getting the service they desire, and gains a greater value of self, love, aspirations.

Ashley is a skilled mental health therapist. She is dedicated to social work and most driven by mentoring youth, providing positive insight, and self-esteem building throughout the community. Ashley strives to promote self-love as our beauties embark on their journeys through life.

Jenna is a compassionate secondary education professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science. She aspires to help young girls in the community looking for the extra encouragement and empowerment they are not receiving elsewhere. Jenna joined Marching Beauties because she was that girl and didn’t realize it until she became an adult, later understanding the importance of guidance and support.

Oreonia has been engaged in early childhood and secondary education serving inner-city youth for many years. Her inspiration to join the Marching Beauties team was to bridge the relationship between the community, inner-city youth, and our organization. Oreonia is very resilient and stands unashamed, healed of the wounds from her youth. She hopes to encourage our youth by planting seeds and watching each beauty bloom in our program

Youth Facilitator/Mentor
Brigette is a visionary, influential self-published author, and a new certified Group Home Administrator who strongly believes in the importance of pouring positive affirmations into young girls. Her goal is to make an impact in each beauties' life by inspiring, encouraging and developing them to share their truth, and have a vision for their lives as they approach womanhood.
